Role Overview:

The Inventory Control Junior provides operational and administrative support to warehouse activities, contributing to the efficient management of warehouse flows and stocks. The role involves entering and updating data in the management system, preparing and checking transport and logistics documents, as well as monitoring stock levels and supporting procurement planning.

The position works closely with the operational team to ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations, participates in inventory activities and periodic counting operations, and contributes to data analysis and the implementation of warehouse process optimization projects.

In your role you will:

• Support the warehouse team in their daily activities, including administrative and organizational tasks.

• Enter and update data relating to incoming goods, outgoing goods and stock levels in the management system (Gamma or similar software).

• Prepare and check transport documents, orders and warehouse reports.

• Support in inventory management, checking actual quantities against records and participating in periodic counting operations.

• Monitor stocks and support in supply planning.

• Coordinate with the operational team to ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations.

• Analyze data and reports to support logistics decisions and process improvements.

• Participate in optimization projects.

The ideal candidate has:

• Degree in Management Engineering or related disciplines: Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain

• Knowledge of English: at least B1/B2 level for interactions and documentation

Nice to have:

• Advanced skills in Excel and analytical tools

• Basic knowledge of supply chain management
