Position Overview
For over 150 years, our dedication to being the Global Hausbank for our clients has been driven by our people – in around 60 countries and across more than 150 nationalities. The internship is within the Intragroup Agreement & Vendor Governance Team, part of the TDI division, responsible for managing technology partners and vendors for the Deutsche Bank Group in Italy.
Learning Objectives
Understand how AI supports the Bank’s needs by interacting with the internal AI team, both locally and abroad, gaining insights into different perspectives and tasks.
Apprehend how process optimisation works, including governance, stakeholder interactions, and technology mechanisms.
Interact with different Divisions and Control Functions of the Bank to identify process improvements with the support of AI tools.
Gain knowledge of how a complex financial organisation operates.
Requirements
Undergraduate or graduate student in Data Science or Information Engineering
Understanding of AI/ML Fundamentals: knowledge of basic concepts in Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
Understanding how to monitor the performance of AI models in production and how to iterate for improvement
Data management/handling skills and data inventory and classification skills are appreciated
Language: English B2

July, 6‑month internship
