Internship Student Experience

At Galileo Global Education Italia we’re looking for a Student Experience Intern in Milan to contribute to our legacy and help shape our future in higher education. This position offers the opportunity to play an active role in improving the student journey while working in an international and collaborative context.

THE JOB

Reporting to the Student Experience Manager, the role supports the development and enhancement of digital platforms to improve the quality of student experience, being a link between digitalization, innovation and the student journey. This role is a HQ position in a strong dialogue with all the Group’s Schools. She/He will also support the functional development and suggest integration of the Systems within the Organization. Once implemented, the chosen candidate will contribute to fine-tuning maintenance and further enhancement of the systems.

KEY PURPOSE

• Support the Student Experience Manager in gathering student and institutional needs and identifying best practices.
• Assist with the implementation and adoption of student experience initiatives and platforms.
• Contribute to system testing, monitoring user experience, and reporting improvements.
• Help define standards and practices related to student experience.
• Monitor the quality of user experience across digital platforms and report any issues or areas for improvement.
• Help collecting relevant information to support the definition of industry standards and regulations, under the guidance of the Student Experience Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

• Bachelor's degree;
• Strong interest in technology and innovation;
• Teamwork and eagerness to learn;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desirable

• Knowledge of the education field;
• Master's degree in relevant fields;
• Knowledge of French;
• Experience in a multicultural environment;
• Embraces innovation with curiosity (incl. AI)
