Position Overview

As ServiceNow Junior Specialist , the trainee will join the Corporate IT – ServiceNow Solution Architectures and Projects area. This internship aims to provide practical experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a specific focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Now Mobile application, and custom applications (No code/low code), supporting the digitalization of internal services. The trainee will work in project management support, directly in close collaboration with the ServiceNow Demand Manager, contributing to demand analysis, coordination activities and delivery monitoring within the ServiceNow scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project management activities within the ServiceNow Demand area, including demand intake, task tracking and delivery coordination.
• Support the coordination of external ServiceNow vendors, assisting in monitoring activities, deliverables and timelines under supervision.
• Assist in operational and functional activities on ServiceNow modules.
• Support Now Mobile initiatives, including testing, user experience validation and adoption activities.
• Contribute to ServiceNow platform governance activities, including documentation, process alignment and support to governance forums.
• Participate in testing and documentation activities related to platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (completed or about to be completed) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Engineering or similar fields.

Languages: Good written and spoken knowledge in English.

Technical Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of IT systems and digital services.
• Interest in project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with web or mobile applications is a plus.
• Strong motivation to learn ServiceNow platform processes and enterprise governance.

Nice to Have:

• Academic projects, thesis or coursework related to Digital platforms, Project management, IT service management or enterprise systems.
• Strong interest in workflow automation tools (ServiceNow), digital workplace and HR flows digitalization.

Additional Information

This internship does not require frequent travelling and will be mainly based in the Milan office, with possible smart working options according to company policies.
