Internship - Revenue Operations Analyst (CRM & GTM Support)

Role Overview


We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst Intern to support our Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams by managing HubSpot CRM operations, maintaining high-quality data, and supporting go-to-market (GTM) activities. Candidates should have prior experience with HubSpot or have completed HubSpot Academy courses , demonstrating a solid understanding of CRM fundamentals. This role is hands-on, operational, and essential during high-activity periods such as conferences and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

CRM & HubSpot Administration

  • Support day-to-day administration of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Client Services.

  • Maintain data quality through contact cleaning, enrichment, validation, and structured imports.

  • Assist with workflows, automations, permissions, and CRM optimization.

GTM & Conference Support

  • Prepare and manage large conference and campaign contact lists.

  • Extract, clean, enrich, and upload data into HubSpot.

  • Ensure consistent formatting, segmentation, and readiness for sales and marketing outreach.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports for pipeline, campaigns, and performance.

  • Ensure CRM data accuracy to support reporting and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to support campaigns, workflows, and CRM needs.

  • Adapt CRM structure and processes as business requirements evolve.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (ongoing or completed).

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.

  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, organized mindset.

  • Ability to manage workload during peak periods (e.g., conferences).

  • Essential: Some hands-on experience using HubSpot OR completion of HubSpot Academy courses , demonstrating a solid understanding of CRM fundamentals.

Nice to Have

  • Interest in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.

  • Previous exposure to other CRM platforms.
