Internship - Quality Assurance

The Quality Control Trainee supports the Quality Assurance team in the effective management of quality activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and internal procedures. The role reports to the Quality Assurance Specialist.
Main projects during the internship
- Apply the analytical control plan and ensure correct sampling, management, evaluation, and archiving of analytical reports.
- Verify production records completed by operators and monitor the correct functioning of company Control Points (CPs) and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
- Perform organoleptic (sensory) checks on finished and semi-finished products.
- Manage metrological equipment and implement the calibration and verification plan.
- Support the Quality Department in training activities for production staff.
- Distribute, collect, and archive quality and food safety documentation.
- Monitor the correct application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the production floor and report any non-conformities.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the pest control plan.
- Carry out inspections to verify the integrity of glass, equipment, and production structures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Food Technology
- Biology
- Agronomy
- Food Engineering
Candidate requirements
- The student must comply with the assigned tasks within the foreseen time frame.
- The Knowledge of the French or English language is considered as an important requirement.
- You will have to relate to production, warehouse and maintenance operators and provide training.
- You should be able to identify opportunities for improvement by finding new solutions.
- You know the Office package.
