INTERNSHIP TRACKS – SALES

Support Account Managers and Business Developers in sales planning, reporting, and client coordination

Assist in preparing presentations, tracking KPIs, and managing internal performance tools

Contribute to sales forecasting and demand planning using historical data and market trends

Build performance dashboards and identify opportunities for process improvement

Conduct sales performance analysis to support future planning cycles

Act as a key contact point between Sales, Sales Administration, and Order Management teams

Must‑have

Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields

Availability for a full‑time and on site internship

Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)

Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs

Ability to work with structured data and support performance reporting

Basic presentation skills (PowerPoint or equivalent)

High energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently

Genuine interest in a multinational, corporate environment

Nice‑to‑have

Knowledge of BI or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

Exposure to AI tools applied to data analysis and business insights (e.g. predictive analysis, automation, AI‑assisted reporting)

Experience with CRM systems or commercial performance tools

Basic understanding of forecasting or demand planning concepts
