INTERNSHIP TRACKS – PRODUCT MARKETING
Support market and competitor analysis to contribute to product positioning and strategic decisions
Help develop customer personas and journey maps to improve messaging and targeting
Analyze market trends, consumer demand patterns, and growth opportunities
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including product materials and launch preparation
INTERNSHIP TRACKS – TRADE MARKETING
Support the development of channel strategies and promotional calendars
Assist in in‑store activations and help evaluate campaign effectiveness
Monitor sell‑out data and field activities to support strong retail execution
Contribute insights to improve store‑level and channel performance
What You Must‑have
Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields
Availability for a full‑time and on site internship
Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity towards data and insights
Good Excel skills (basic formulas, data structuring, simple analyses)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
Proactive, hands‑on attitude with willingness to take ownership of tasks
Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills
Interest in marketing, consumer behavior, and business dynamics
Nice if you have
Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, or performance tracking tools
Basic understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, or segmentation
Interest in AI‑supported tools for data analysis or marketing insights
International mindset and interest in multinational environments
Korean language skills
Previous internship, university project, or case study related to marketing or data
