Internship opportunities

Are you looking for a dynamic and multifaceted internship experience in a fast-paced academic environment? This internships offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the following key areas:

• Global Alliances:
  supporting the management of international programs (Double Degrees, CEMS, Themis), student mobility processes, scholarships, academic recognition procedures, and relations with partner universities.
• Employer Relations (Finance, Government & Legal):
  engaging with employers, supporting job posting and internship opportunities, liaising with HR departments, and contributing to the organization of career events.
• Guidance & Recruitment:
  contributing to student recruitment campaigns, managing prospective student relations, supporting information desks and events, and assisting in projects to attract top undergraduate students nationally.
• Research Management:
  supporting the organization of scientific events, liaising with researchers and partners, managing procedures for research centers, and contributing to financial and reporting activities.

Depending on your team assignment, you'll be immersed in activities that strengthen your communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills, while contributing to Bocconi University’s broader institutional goals.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Soft skills:
  positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  analytical and criticalthinking;
  hands-on and problem-solving approach;
  customer orientation and adaptability to different stakeholders;
  ability to organize andmanage work autonomously and on time;
  strong attention to detail.
