Internship Opportunities

These internships offer the opportunity to gain operational experience in one of the following key areas within Bocconi University, contributing to the institution’s activities and development in a structured, international, and dynamic environment.

  • Campus Life: supporting the organization, management, and communication of activities related to culture, personal development, psychophysical well-being, social engagement, and student associations. The role includes managing communication tools and platforms, coordinating events and initiatives, and maintaining relations with students and external partners.
  • Guidance & Recruitment: supporting the planning and management of recruitment campaigns for prospective students. Activities include managing relationships with students and families, contributing to the organization of events on and off campus, handling communication channels, and assisting with data management and reporting.
  • Employer Relations & Career Services: contributing to activities designed to connect students and graduates with the job market, supporting career counseling sessions, preparing reports and analyses, and collaborating on projects related to job market trends, employability, and relations with employers across sectors.
  • Inclusion Service: assisting in the implementation of initiatives related to diversity, accessibility, and inclusion within the University. The internship includes collecting and analyzing data, supporting communication and reporting, participating in projects and events on inclusion and sustainability, and contributing to initiatives promoting equal opportunities and accessibility for all members of the University community.

Depending on the area of assignment, interns will acquire insight into the organization’s operations and processes, strengthen their analytical and communication skills, and develop an understanding of stakeholder management within a leading international academic institution.


Requirements

  • Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on and problem-solving approach; customer orientation and adaptability to different stakeholders; ability to organize and manage work autonomously and on time; strong attention to detail.
