Internship Opportunities These internships offer the opportunity to gain operational experience in one of the following key areas within Bocconi University, contributing to the institution’s activities and development in a structured, international, and dynamic environment. Admissions Office:
focused on managing selection, admission and enrollment processes for students applying to Undergraduate and Graduate Programs. The experience offers an in-depth understanding of admissions systems, candidate relations and evaluation criteria in a highly international and merit-based academic environment. Department & Research Offices :
supporting the operational management of teaching and research activities within academic departments. The role includes course and exam administration, management of teaching materials, organization of events and seminars, support to research activities and interaction with faculty members and other internal stakeholders. Fees, Funding & Housing Office:
supporting the management and analysis of tuition fees, financial aid programs, and student housing services. The role includes evaluating the economic and patrimonial conditions of students for the assignment of scholarships and tuition waivers, managing and summarizing data, monitoring relevant legal and tax regulations, and providing guidance to students and families on contribution systems and related procedures. Research Centers Office : supporting the administrative and financial management of research projects and the operational activities of the Research Centers. The role includes project reporting, communication support, management of administrative procedures and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders involved in scientific initiatives. Research Events Office : supporting the organization and management of research events carried out by Bocconi Research Centers. The role combines event management, project administration and stakeholder coordination, offering exposure to reporting, communication activities and collaboration with faculty, researchers and external partners.
Depending on the area of assignment, interns will acquire insight into the organization’s operations and processes, strengthen their analytical and communication skills, and develop an understanding of stakeholder management within a leading international academic institution.
Requirements Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path. Fluency in English. Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on and problem-solving approach; customer orientation and adaptability to different stakeholders; ability to organize and manage work autonomously and on time; strong attention to detail.
We offer 6 months paid internship (€1,000 gross monthly reimbursement + meal vouchers) starting from September 2026. Hands-on experience in a leading international academic institution. Train on the job and professional development (e.g. training activities, Coursera courses, English training, professional orientation activities, …). A collaborative and purpose-driven environment. Access to Campus facilities and networking events. Smart working and flexible hours.
