Internship Junior Logistics Specialist

Overview

Fueguia 1833 is a luxury fragrance brand that sets its origins in Patagonia but has a head office and production centre in Milan. We are the only niche fragrance brand vertically integrated, everything is artisanally produced.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and printing shipping documentation (labels, packing lists, DDT, waybills)
• Supporting the creation and processing of transport documents in the internal system
• Entering customer orders into the management software
• Assisting with export/import documentation and paper archive management
• Monitoring shipment status and updating internal trackers
• Coordinating with couriers and transport partners for pick-ups and deliveries
• Supporting E-commerce operations (order preparation, documentation, invoicing)
• Assisting with warehouse inventory checks and basic stock monitoring
• General back-office support to the Logistics Manager

Requirements

• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, or operations
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with documents, labels, and data entry activities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1)
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in logistics or e-commerce (even short or academic) is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
