What You’ll Do

To support our Clinical team, we are looking for a Clinical Intern who is passionate about mental health and evidence-based practice. In this role, you will contribute to research activities and support the development of scientific and educational materials used across our internal projects.

You will work closely with the Clinical team to help keep projects running smoothly and support collaborations with external professionals.

In particular, you will:

  • Support the Clinical team with day-to-day operational and organizational activities.
  • Contribute to research on mental health and wellbeing topics , helping analyze scientific sources and synthesize insights.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of evidence-based materials for internal initiatives.
  • Provide operational support to external collaborators , ensuring they have the documentation, guidelines, and resources needed to carry out their work in line with internal procedures.
  • Participate in internal team meetings in a support role , helping with preparation of materials and coordination of ongoing activities.

This is a back-office role , focused on supporting internal workstreams rather than direct client interaction.

✅ Must-have skills

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology.
  • Strong interest in mental health, wellbeing, and evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze scientific sources, and synthesize insights clearly.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
