WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Deepen your understanding of work analysis methodologies, including time and method studies and workload calculation.
  • Support in the monitoring and analysis of working hours across different factories, helping to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or optimization opportunities.
  • Support the definition of workforce requirements by considering all relevant manufacturing variables.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (regional teams, plant and other stakeholders) in benchmarking activities.
  • Assist the Engineering team in preparing business cases to support the rollout of automation projects.
  • Help spread the adoption of standard methodologies across plants, such as OEE and Worked Hours calculation.
  • Contribute to plant improvement initiatives by conducting cost/benefit analyses to support productivity increases and cost‑reduction actions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or similar.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interest in work organization, process analysis and operational efficiency.
  • Willingness in learning programming language (SQL, Pyton, etc).
  • Good knowledge of Office suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc..).
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables, formulas, basic macros is a plus).
