WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Deepen your understanding of work analysis methodologies, including time and method studies and workload calculation.
- Support in the monitoring and analysis of working hours across different factories, helping to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or optimization opportunities.
- Support the definition of workforce requirements by considering all relevant manufacturing variables.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (regional teams, plant and other stakeholders) in benchmarking activities.
- Assist the Engineering team in preparing business cases to support the rollout of automation projects.
- Help spread the adoption of standard methodologies across plants, such as OEE and Worked Hours calculation.
- Contribute to plant improvement initiatives by conducting cost/benefit analyses to support productivity increases and cost‑reduction actions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or similar.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interest in work organization, process analysis and operational efficiency.
- Willingness in learning programming language (SQL, Pyton, etc).
- Good knowledge of Office suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc..).
- Good command of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables, formulas, basic macros is a plus).
