Job Summary
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge analog power integrated circuits
(ICs) within a leading semiconductor company. The intern will support experienced engineers in various phases of the IC design flow, gaining
valuable industry experience in power management solutions.
Job Responsibilities
As an Analog Power IC Design Intern, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the design, simulation, and verification of analog power circuits (e.g., DC-DC converters, LDOs, gate drivers, power
management units).
  • Performing schematic capture and conducting simulations using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS).
  • Analyzing simulation results, identifying potential issues, and suggesting solutions.
  • Documenting design work, simulation setups.
Job Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong academic background in analog circuit design fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of power electronics and power management concepts.
  • Familiarity with SPICE-based simulators (e.g., Cadence Spectre, HSPICE).
  • Knowledge of schematic capture tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso).
  • Basic understanding of IC layout principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for technical communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
