About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join Adecco’s Global Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment, supporting B2B marketing initiatives across multiple countries.

You will work closely with the Global Sales team and local Marketing teams, contributing to key projects in digital marketing, campaign execution, and sales content creation. The role requires adaptability, collaboration, and a willingness to take ownership while learning how to navigate priorities in a fast‑moving global setup.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the execution of global B2B marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to digital marketing activities (email marketing, automation, lead generation)
  • Assist in the creation of sales and marketing content (presentations, assets, messaging)
  • Collaborate with country marketing teams to localise and deploy campaigns
  • Work with the global sales team to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities
  • Support coordination of cross-country projects and internal stakeholders

Profile & skills

  • First professional experience (internship or entry-level) in marketing or related fields
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing and digital channels
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
  • Fluent in English (another language is a plus)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
