Internship Continuous Improvement Process Optimization

We are looking for a motivated Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization Trainee to join our team. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager and the Process Optimization Manager, you will contribute to enhancing industrial performance by defining operational standards, driving improvements, and supporting AMCO plant routines.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5S system and visual management tools
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in SMED activities
- Contribute to cost-saving project management
- Support the cleaning optimization project
- Work on AMCO tag definition
- Assist the ROP Manager in improving quality KPIs
- Deliver assigned tasks within the expected timelines
