Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for motivated and tech‑passionate new graduates to support the development and operation phases of application solutions. This role requires the ability to understand existing application architectures, support the development of new functionalities, and re‑engineer highly complex application components to integrate software packages and reusable objects. You will work with senior IBM architects, analysts, and developers to learn how to understand enterprise IT ecosystems, verify correct execution of applications and batches, and enhance them to introduce new features that deliver benefits and innovation to customer solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proficiency in the Italian language is required.
• Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Intermediate knowledge of English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Knowledge of the Java programming language.
• SQL.
• Relational and non‑relational database experience.
