STMicroelectronics is looking for an Analog Design Engineer to join the Analog & Mixed‑Signal design community. In this role, you will contribute to the development of integrated circuits for a wide range of applications, working alongside experienced engineers in a highly collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Support the design, simulation, and verification of analog and mixed‑signal circuits Contribute to the development of building blocks such as:
Bandgap references Operational amplifiers Comparators Oscillators ADC/DAC sub-blocks
Perform circuit analysis, corner simulations, and Monte Carlo simulations Assist in documentation, design review preparation, and technical reporting Collaborate with layout, verification, test, and product engineering teams Participate in debugging and characterization activities on silicon Support improvement of design methodologies and reusable design IP Required qualifications
Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field Basic knowledge of analog circuit design principles Familiarity with circuit simulation tools such as SPICE, Cadence, or equivalent EDA environments Understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals and CMOS technology Ability to analyze circuits mathematically and interpret simulation results Good problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment Good written and spoken English Preferred qualifications
Academic or internship experience in analog design Exposure to layout constraints and parasitic effects Knowledge of mixed‑signal design concepts Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python Hands‑on experience with lab equipment for characterization is a plus What we offer
