Internship: AI & Advanced Analytics

THE INTERNSHIP
The Commercial Excellence team is responsible for enabling senior management to make informed decisions by transforming data into valuable insights, and for strategically and operationally supporting the definition of effective and efficient go‑to‑market models. Within the team, we are looking for a motivated and curious individual with a strong passion for Artificial Intelligence technologies and data analysis. You will support the team by contributing to the development of innovative tools that improve the efficiency of operational activities and further enhance data‑driven capabilities that underpin business decisions.
This internship is ideal for those who want to apply technical skills in a business context, learning how to turn data and algorithms into actionable insights.
Tasks & what you will be learning:

• Be responsible for the introduction and adoption of generative AI tools (mostly Microsoft Copilot 365), contributing to the optimization of routine tasks and enhancement of team productivity
• Support the design, development and maintenance of AI‑enabled solutions, automation tools and analytical models aimed at optimizing internal processes and reporting activities
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools (dashboards, forecasting models, automations)
• Observe user experience and gather feedback to identify pain points, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and digital tools
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and corporate teams, ensuring ongoing alignment on AI‑related initiatives
• Opportunity to analyze processes, business needs, and operational workflows to propose concrete and scalable AI solutions, including areas beyond Commercial Excellence
  

Requirements:

• Master degree (completed), preferably in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Strong knowledge of AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI concepts, or experience using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Python, or automation platforms
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with Power Query or VBA is considered a plus
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable, user‑oriented solutions
• Creativity, curiosity and a proactive mindset, with a passion for exploring innovative technologies
• English level: B2 preferred, with openness to candidates with slightly lower proficiency
