Interniship - Stage Air Freight Operator

This position is offered as a six-months internship-stage.
The resource will support the operations team in managing shipments by air. You won’t be fully responsible yet, but you’ll learn the full process from booking to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist with shipment bookings with airlines
- Prepare and check documents (Air Waybill, invoices, packing lists)
- Support customs clearance processes
- Track shipments and update clients or internal teams
- Communicate with customers, warehouses, and carriers
- Help resolve minor issues (delays, missing info, etc.)
Skills
- Basic understanding of logistics / international trade (even from studies)
- Good English
- Knowledge of Excel and office tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
