This role combines technical support, post-sales consulting, technical training, and close collaboration with the sales team—becoming a true technical point of reference both internally and externally.
About the Role
Professional Requirements:
- Several years of experience in a technical service or similar role
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or IT
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical applications
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%, domestic and international)
- Team player with the ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site (installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing)
- Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting on security systems
- Deliver technical training (pre- and post-sales), both in-person and online
- Offer technical support to internal sales teams (Italy and abroad)
- Analyze technical specifications and international project tenders
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and technical events in support of the sales department
- Work closely with R&D and Technical Marketing departments
Role Objectives
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance throughout the product lifecycle
- Support the commercial team with technical expertise during promotional and negotiation phases
- Act as a technical ambassador for CIAS in both national and international markets
