Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.General Description of the RoleThe International Tax Intern will support the Group Tax function in international tax matters, contributing to both recurring compliance activities and project-based initiatives.The role provides exposure to cross-border structures, tax frameworks, and operational tax processes within a multinational environment. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________Mission & Learning ObjectivesYou will learn more about international tax regulations and internal policies by supporting the Group Tax function in ensuring consistency Develop a practical understanding of key international tax frameworks and their applicationContribute to the preparation of technical analysis and documentation supporting tax activities____________________________________________________________________________________________________________Main Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesGlobal Minimum Tax (GMT): support i) the execution of GMT compliance activities for the Group and ii) the calculation requested for the Group tax accounting closures Intercompany agreements support management: i) support the drafting, review, and amendment of intercompany agreements and ii) assist in maintaining and updating the Group intercompany agreements DatabasePermanent Establishment (PE) Analysis & Monitoring: i) support the identification and analysis of PE cases across the Group and ii) contribute to the preparation of internal memoranda and/or guidelines Effective Tax Rate (ETR) analysis: i) monitoring of ETR of Group legal entities and ii) support the ETR analysis performed for the Group tax accounting closuresControlled Foreign Entities Monitoring: support periodic monitoring activities relating to Controlled Foreign Entities (CFC) Group Reorganization & Restructuring: support the tax analysis of corporate reorganizations, also by preparation of technical documentation and working files for project analysisTax Research Analysis: i) perform tax research using specialized databases (e.g. IBFD) and publicly available official documentation (e.g. OECD and international guidelines) and ii) assist in summarizing technical findings into structured outputs (e.g. notes, internal memoranda, presentations)____________________________________________________________________________________________________________Key RelationshipsInternal: Group Tax team, Finance and Accounting team, HR functions External: Tax advisors and consultants ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation: Degree in Economics or Law (completed or in progress) Technical SkillsStrong interest in international taxation, with a balanced legal and economic mindsetGood analytical and data handling skills, with the ability to work on financial and tax dataProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong tax research capabilitiesSoft SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood written and verbal communication skillsProactive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with guidanceLanguagesFluency in Italian and English is requiredSelection Process Overview At Campari Group, we are committed to offering our candidates a clear and transparent selection journey.
