We are seeking an experienced International Supply Chain Manager to join our Global Operations Team reporting to the Executive Director, Global Supply Chain Management based in Toronto, Canada. In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead on European logistics and distribution while also playing a key role in global supply chain activities such as demand planning, inventory management, S&OP process, serialization, trade compliance, vendor management and packaging. You’ll be at the center of ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations across borders – contributing directly to Evolus’ mission to deliver with excellence.
We welcome international candidates who are interested in relocating to Milan for this role. Relocation support will be provided for the right candidate.
Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact
- Logistics & Distribution Excellence: Lead and coordinate global logistics and European distribution operations – from manufacturing sites all the way to our customers. Oversee inbound shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and warehouse delivery while keeping documentation clear, accurate, and accessible for all stakeholders.
- Driving Supply Chain Performance: Monitor and manage 3PL and carrier performance against agreed commitments and SLAs. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness, while sharing key insights through clear performance metrics and reporting.
- Business Acumen & Commercial Partnership: Demonstrate strong business acumen and build productive relationships with commercial leaders to align supply chain strategy with demand, revenue goals and customer priorities.
- Enabling Growth & Innovation: Take ownership of the supply chain workstream for new product launches and market expansions. Partner with cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution, regulatory compliance and serialization readiness.
- Collaboration & Compliance at the Core: Work closely with Customer Experience Representatives to support seamless distribution to pharmacies and healthcare providers. Safeguard regulatory and quality standards across all shipments while managing invoice approvals, purchase orders and budget tracking with transparency and accuracy.
- Office location – Milan, Italy (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
- Up to 10% travel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skills you’ll bring to the team
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in supply chain and logistics.
- Strong background in managing cold chain and controlled ambient shipments, as well as distribution and storage.
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience working with both global and US‑based stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to use it as a key tool for planning and analysis.
- A proven ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Aesthetics industry is preferred.
Preferred qualifications
- An advanced degree in a related field.

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on role‑relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications and more. In addition to a competitive base salary, you may be eligible for new‑hire equity and long‑term incentives such as RSUs, stock options and discretionary bonuses.
