Open new markets for luxury hotel experiences

At Hotel Treats, we empower the world’s most fabulous hotels to sell gift vouchers and experiences online — from Michelin-star dining and luxury spa treatments to romantic getaways and day passes. Our branded online shops unlock new revenue streams for hotels, while our marketplace, Hoteltreats.com, connects locals and tourists with unforgettable experiences.

We’re growing fast and looking for a fearless International Sales Manager to spearhead expansion beyond Spain. You’ll start by opening France and Italy, with other key European markets to follow.


What you’ll do

•⁠ ⁠Identify and target luxury hotels in new markets (France, Italy, and beyond)

•⁠ ⁠Get in front of decision-makers: research, outreach, calls, meetings

•⁠ ⁠Sell consultatively: understand hotels’ challenges and show how we solve them

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate, send contracts, and hand over signed hotels to onboarding

•⁠ ⁠Relentlessly follow up and close deals — you don’t stop at “no”


What we’re looking for

•⁠ ⁠Languages: Proficiency in English & Italian required; French or other European languages a big plus

•⁠ ⁠Hospitality background: Experience in luxury hotels, OTAs, or hospitality vendors preferred

•⁠ ⁠Sales hunter: 2+ years in sales with proven success closing over the phone and in meetings

•⁠ ⁠Fearless & resilient: You thrive on challenges, don’t shy from rejection, and celebrate the win

•⁠ ⁠Strategic closer: Ability to adapt your pitch to different markets and client needs

•⁠ ⁠Self-starter: You drive the pipeline and own your results


The setup

•⁠ ⁠Location: Hybrid or remote, based in Europe

•⁠ ⁠Contract: Freelance/B2B (you invoice us). If based in Spain, an employment contract is also possible

•⁠ ⁠Salary: Fixed base + performance bonus

•⁠ ⁠Hours: Full-time
