This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Sales Director based in Milan (and occasionally Pisa), Italy, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves leading the expansion of international sales initiatives, developing and implementing business plans, managing key client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The International Sales Director will oversee and optimize sales operations globally while driving revenue growth and building partnerships to foster business development.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in International Business and International Sales
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Ability in using Agentic AI marketing and sales tools
- Former experience in understanding and selling systemic, advanced, breakthrough innovation
- Former experience in managing sales and sales teams of fast-growing companies
- Background in PropTech, Real Estate, Financial products, Asset management or a related industry is advantageous
