Posizione: The candidate will be part of the International Projects team, in the Products & Services Department. This team focuses on managing Fineco’s existing product offerings as well as developing new solutions for our international customer base. As a Junior Project Manager, you will support strategic initiatives across the Products & Services Department. You will collaborate with multiple business functions and work closely with dedicated project teams. This role will give you exposure to our diverse product suite and provide insight into the fintech/brokerage industry across different geographies. You will be part of a dynamic and expanding team responsible for developing international business. What You’ll Do You will:
- Support end‑to‑end projects related to the development, enhancement, and localization of products and services for the EU market.
- Contribute to research and analysis activities, providing insights on customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements—especially within the German market.
- Assist in product discovery activities, working with UX/UI, IT, and business teams to translate feedback and data into concrete improvement opportunities.
- Help track project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed on time and documented properly.
- Analyze user journeys and product performance, helping identify issues and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and periodic updates.
- Initial experience or internships in financial services, markets, trading, or banking—preferably in an international or digital-first environment.
- Interest and knowledge of the German financial market and willingness to deepen expertise in customer behaviours and competitive dynamics.
- Full professional proficiency in English and German.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to structure information clearly.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude, with willingness to take ownership of tasks and learn quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to investment, brokerage, or trading products—through previous roles, academic background, or personal interest.
- Experience supporting product-related tasks or projects, even in an academic or internship setting.
- Any involvement in international, multi-country, or localization initiatives is considered an asset.
