International Parts Sales Manager/Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate, and continuously maintain parts and accessory suppliers, optimize procurement costs, improve supply chain stability, and effectively support sales operations.
- Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and in-depth relationship management of key customers and channels (distributors, OEM partners), and continuously expand high-value business opportunities.
- Organize and conduct market price research and competitive analysis for parts and accessories, assisting in the formulation and optimization of Sany parts’ positioning and pricing strategies in the local market.
- Regularly collect, analyze, and report sales data, supply chain performance, and market dynamics to generate business insights and support management decision-making.
- Lead the supply chain development and market promotion of earthmoving equipment attachments, driving growth for related product lines.
- Address major customer issues and complaints, coordinating with technical, after-sales, procurement, and supply chain teams to facilitate efficient resolution.
- Manage systematic tracking, data analysis, and proactive collection of overdue accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in parts/components sales or procurement in the Italian market, with proven success in customer development, channel expansion, or supplier management.
- Extensive sales and product experience in earthmoving equipment attachments.
- Familiarity with Italian business culture, distribution systems, supply chains, and industry ecosystem, with established customer, channel, or supplier resources.
- Strong data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting skills, with the ability to drive business optimization and decision-making through data insights.
- Proficiency in Italian and Chinese, with working-level English fluency.
