For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a International Marketing Specialist. 

We are looking for a dedicated, high-performing and accountable individual with initial medtech marketing experience who wishes to advance their early career by serving in a marketing coordinator position on a technology that is changing the cardiovascular and peripheral landscape.

The primary focus will be contributing to key functions within the marketing team to meet the department’s strategic objectives. While contributing to the execution of the marketing programs, this individual will also benefit from exposure to all of the different facets of omnichannel marketing in today’s digital-first world.

The ideal candidate desires to be part of one of the most exciting startups in the cardiovascular space at the inflection point of commercialization. This is a growth role that will be vital to the marketing team’s and company’s success. 

Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience in medtech or equivalent experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, public relations, communications or a related field
  • Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including developing relationships in all levels of the organization and indirectly influencing business objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as individual contributor or as part of team, while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements
  • Sales force and hubspot engagement experience preferred
  • Fluency in English required and 1 additional European language preferre
  • Ability to work independently to prioritize and manage time & schedule for multiple resources
  • Up to 30% travel may be required (Europe)

The offer is for a ful- time fixed term contract (6 months) with Randstad. The role is compatible with full remote working.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on and execute the planning, development and distribution of marketing collateral to the sales team, and ensure that we have localized content for different markets, while maintaining sales enablement platform with currently approved content;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and media suppliers;
  • Analyze social media conversations about the company and competitive technology;
  • Take active part on the local websites developments and work collaborative with the Product managers to develop content for blog, and social media channels;
  • To be the point of contact with our US/Global brand & Digital team to ensure that we have a global brand strategy ensuring that the International Marcoms and Comms are on brand, are compliant and at the same time are customized to each country;
  • Assist in the development of the monthly internal newsletter summarizing key milestones;
  • Manage marketing finances, tracking program budgets and measuring success of key initiatives;
  • Maintain sales enablement platform with currently approved content;
  • To be responsible for end-to-end event program planning, project management, and logistics from initial planning to post-event program follow-up of all in-person international events. They will be coordinating all the elements to ensure a high-quality execution of all the meetings (sponsored and SWAV Med Ed), aligned with our brand and compliance policy, with our budget and our business objectives, both PI and IC (IVL focused);
  • Cooperate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with applicable standard operating procedures for HCPs contracts and payments and for all the marketing related activities;
  • Support the planning and execution of major EU congresses: Contribute to the development of a high quality and consistent company image across all customer events.
