Role Overview
The International Key Account Manager will manage strategic relationships with global partners and major clients, ensuring the successful execution of international leasing and mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key international accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations for complex, cross-border agreements, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and profitability targets.
Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and growth strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) and local subsidiaries to deliver seamless solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights on account performance and market trends.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years in key account management or international business development.
Proven track record in managing large, multinational clients.
Skills :
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Excellent command of English (Italian and other European languages are a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Strategic mindset, adaptability, and strong interpersonal communication.
