Our client is an industrial, human-sized company belonging to a recognized international group. They specialize in high-value HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects within demanding, multicultural sectors. They are currently expanding their Major Projects team internationally.
Role Overview The role involves managing large-scale international HVAC projects. The position begins with a major project for a gigafactory located near Naples, Italy, followed by deployments to other international locations.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of international HVAC projects, including costing, proposal drafting, and coordinating internal teams and local partners.
Tender Management: Respond to both public and private export calls for tender.
Global Coordination: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful handover of the installations.
Performance: Guarantee the financial profitability of operations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between the client, technical teams, purchasing, logistics, and external partners.
Profile :
Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in HVAC engineering, energy engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing international HVAC projects.
Languages: Fluent professional English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel and relocate internationally is mandatory.
