This role has direct business impact: you will work closely with top management to align organization, performance, and growth.
What you will do
- Lead the international HR strategy
- Oversee labor relations and workforce planning
- Partner with Operations on organizational efficiency
- Monitor HR costs and global KPIs
- Manage compensation, compliance, and HR processes
- Support leadership through organizational change
Who we are looking for
- 15+ years in HR roles within multinational industrial environments
- Solid international exposure
- Strong experience in labor relations and employment law
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders
- Hands-on, business-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
