International HR Business Partner

As a key member of our international People team, you will act as a strategic HR partner to leaders and teams across Italy and Europe. You will provide HR support with a strong emphasis on employee relations, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience across multiple countries.


You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters. In partnership with senior HR colleagues, you will manage a wide range of employee relations cases, including performance issues, probation outcomes, conflicts, attendance management, and disciplinary actions. You will also support managers in preparing and navigating sensitive conversations with confidence and care.


Working closely with Learning & Development, HR Service Delivery, and external legal counsel, you will help implement global initiatives locally, translate business needs into development actions, and ensure alignment with local labour laws and internal processes. You will contribute to maintaining accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and legally compliant practices throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding and role changes.


In addition, you will support organisational change initiatives, help evolve HR processes and tools, and contribute to engagement and culture programs. Acting as a role model for our values, you will actively promote inclusion, equity, and respect, supporting leaders and teams in creating an inclusive and high-performing work environment.


Who you are

You bring at least five years of experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable generalist role within a European context. You are fluent in Italian and English and have a solid educational background in HR or a related discipline. You have strong expertise in Italian labour law, with additional exposure to other European markets considered a plus. Known for your credibility and communication skills, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating across cultures.

Additional strengths may include experience in HR operations or service delivery, exposure to growing or transforming organisations, and a proactive, curious mindset focused on employee experience and continuous improvement.
