We are recruiting on behalf of a structured multinational company operating in an industrial and technologically advanced environment, part of a global group with international presence. The company is characterised by high standards of compliance, financial governance and cross‑country collaboration , offering a structured environment strongly focused on data quality, accuracy and international accounting standards.

Offerta

The selected candidate will report to the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for General Ledger activities for multiple foreign legal entities .
The role does not cover Italian statutory accounting. English is the daily working language .

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership and governance of General Ledger accounting for assigned foreign entities
• Management of journal entries , account reconciliations and intercompany processes
• Oversight of Accounts Payable , travel & expense accounting and related postings
• Management of VAT accounting and related accounting matters for foreign entities
• Maintenance and reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules for internal and external purposes
• Support to monthly, quarterly and year‑end closings under US GAAP
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, international accounting standards and company policies
• Coordination with external auditors during annual audits
• Preparation of periodic tax requirements in collaboration with external tax advisors
• Support in the preparation of income tax provisions

Competenze ed esperienza

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting / General Ledger roles
• Proven experience in structured multinational environments
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities autonomously
• High level of ownership, accuracy and compliance mindset
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Fluent English (mandatory - daily use)
• Knowledge of German is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• ERP systems experience
