International Controlling Associate Manager

What you’ll do

You will join the Planning & Control team, reporting to the International Controlling Senior Manager. You will be involved in the following tasks:

• Coordinating the monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting processes with delta analysis and reporting.
• Ensuring consistency of planning and reporting activities for the different countries and subsidiaries; coordinating business reviews meetings.
• Supporting the implementation of the management control activities of the subsidiaries.
• Supporting and coordinating the implementation of guidelines given by HQ to the foreign subsidiaries.
• Interfacing with main corporate functions to support the transition phases for the new business.
• Supporting the preparation of business cases and scenario simulations for possible new tenders.

What you’ll bring

• Experienced (approximately 5 years) as a professional in the controlling area of a structured company with exposure to complex or international environments.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting business functions in performance management.
• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of Office package and IT financial and reporting systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a team with a flexible and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects autonomously, with strong analytical skills and the ability to relate and speak at executive level.
