Internal Sales


YOUR ROLE

  • Active cooperation with Sales Area Manager to deal with main customer tech-sales related issues
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding his/her customer base.
  • Manage assigned client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle in cooperation with Area Sales
  • Managers
  • Provide a consultative solutions to customers and prospects
  • Dealing with customers and prospects for technical issues.
  • Issue quotations to assigned customers for pumps.
  • Collecting customer feedbacks.
  • Reporting relevant customer info to Sales Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Area
  • Managers
  • Keeping up to date with Busch products
  • Maintain updated prospect and customer information in our CRM system
  • Verify if customers are eligible for sales Busch Products by CRM/ AS400
  • Daily interaction with sales team members to provide customer information


YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience preferably in vacuum or related businesses Industry
  • Ready to acquire excellent knowledge of Busch products and internal Busch procedures.
  • Analytical skill mindset, ability to interact with any level within Busch organization (Headquarters and subsidiaries).
  • Ability to interact with complex customers’ organizations.
  • Excellent Multi-tasking and time management mental attitude.
  • Capability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism during stressful situations
  • Good Communication Skills in Italian (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken
