We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist, within our Global Central Function Communications. The person will be supporting the area in these activities:

Key Responsibilities

• Helps design, develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies that align with the company’s goals;
• Contributes to the creation and distribution of high-quality internal communications materials and content, with a focus on digital channels;
• Helps develop and execute internal communications initiatives through various channels to support the Group's engagement activities;
• Contributes to the organization of events and people engagement initiatives, such as the Brembo Awards and Corporate Loyalty programs;
• Drafts and contributes to other materials for internal communications, including financial and non-financial reports.

Minimum Requirements

• University degree in Communications
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles within structured multinational companies
• Fluent in English
