INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT INTERN

In particular, you will:

  • Support the co-creation and management of the internal editorial calendar
  • Support the adaptation of internal communication contents
  • Assist in collecting and organizing basic communication metrics to support campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Support the publication and scheduling of content across internal platforms and community tools.
  • Contribute ideas and help explore new communication tools, formats, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Support the organization of internal events (HQ, global, and retail), including coordination, logistics, and content preparation.
  • Assist in the launch and coordination of cultural and onboarding initiatives and cultural evolution, supporting planning, execution, and follow-up activities.


What you will need to succeed:

  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or a related field
  • Strong interest in internal communication, HR topics, and employee engagement
  • Good written communication skills and an interest in content creation and storytelling
  • Organizational skills and willingness to learn how to manage multiple activities and deadlines
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, basic video editing software, or internal platforms is a plus
  • Analytical attitude and interest in understanding communication performance
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
