Professional Opportunity — Intern

The Firm

Libra Legal Partners is an independent legal boutique founded in 2010 by two managing partners, both tenured academics and seasoned practitioners with distinguished professional track records. Rooted in Rome with a strong international vocation, the Firm has built a recognized standing in corporate law, financial markets, and restructuring and insolvency, as well as in tech law — the two flagship practice areas served by dedicated departments: the Corporate, Financial Markets & Restructuring Department and the Corp Tech Department. In these fields, the Firm acts as liaison counsel in Italy for leading U.S. law firms and advises major international clients directly.

Over the past five years, the Firm has further developed a number of strategic practice areas, including sports law, real estate and hospitality transactions, administrative and commercial litigation, and the management of wealth and generational transitions for family-owned businesses.

The diversity of backgrounds, academic specializations, and professional experiences of the Firm’s lawyers forms a cohesive whole that enables Libra Legal Partners to deliver comprehensive, independent, and high-quality legal counsel. The Firm benefits from an extensive national and international network capable of providing clients with integrated, cross-border solutions, as well as privileged access to financial, economic, and institutional circles developed over years of professional activity and fiduciary appointments.
