Job description

Join Amaris Consulting as a Junior IT Project Manager Intern and start your career in an international and dynamic environment. You will support the management and coordination of IT projects, working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams.

This role is designed as a training-focused internship , ideal for someone motivated to learn project management methodologies and gain hands-on experience in IT and digital projects. The position is based on-site in Assago .

Your missions

• Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of IT projects
• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors)
• Participate in project meetings and support communication with stakeholders
• Help monitor costs, budgets, and project KPIs
• Learn and apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Contribute to risk analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement activities

Your profile

• Education : Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, IT or related fields
• Experience : No previous experience required; interest in IT project management and digital environments is essential
• Languages : Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Availability : Willingness to work on-site in Assago
• Tools : Basic knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); interest in project management tools is a plus
• Soft skills : Strong willingness to learn, good organizational skills, proactive mindset, ability to work in a team, and clear communication
