As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across Italy and beyond. Our Mechanical & Electrical engineers work closely with architects, designers, and specialists across disciplines to deliver truly integrated and impactful solutions for our clients.

The Opportunity

The Building Services (MEP) team has been growing consistently for the last 3 years, working on iconic buildings in Italy and Europe across a diverse range of projects including stadia, luxury hotels, offices, commercial, healthcare, science and industry, and educational projects. This is your chance to gain hands‑on experience in the Building Services team working with experts in the field.

Internship Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and delivery of mechanical services (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, drainage, water supply, firefighting and renewable energy systems), collaborating with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to technical analysis, computations, preparation of specifications, modelling, and reporting under close supervision, applying your academic knowledge to real‑world challenges.
  • Apply a variety of standards, methods and techniques for solving problems.
  • Be accountable for delivering high quality work, which may include drawings, reports, standard documentation, presentations, authority submissions etc., within agreed time‑frames.
  • Participate in site visits, design reviews and project workshops, gaining valuable industry exposure.

What We Value

  • Currently studying in an Engineering University (Building/Mechanical/Energy or similar) or holding a relevant technical Diploma.
  • Ability to design and deliver engineering solutions on projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles.
  • Good planning and organisation skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CAD and/or Building Information Modelling.

Plus

  • Energy/thermal modelling experience.
  • Interest in sustainability as evidenced by extracurricular activities.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills with an eagerness to learn and apply new concepts.
  • Availability to travel within the region (Europe).
