Intern - Legal Department

To support the ongoing development of its activities, Dumarey Automotive Italia is offering an internship opportunity within the Legal Department , providing hands-on exposure to legal, compliance, and cross‑functional business topics in an international industrial context.

The internship represents a valuable learning experience for candidates willing to develop practical legal skills and gain insight into how legal functions support business operations in a multinational organization.

Main tasks include:

• Assisting in drafting and negotiating national and international commercial agreements, such as Distributorship Agreements, Supply Agreements, Service Agreements, Agency Agreements, Sponsorship Agreements, License Agreements, Lease Agreements, Terms and Conditions, etc.
• Supporting the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Review internal policies, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with Group policies and applicable laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Business Development, Finance, Marketing, IT, HR) on the legal aspects of projects and business initiatives
• Conduct legal research across a wide range of areas (civil, commercial, regulatory) to support the Legal & Compliance function
• Support in managing GDPR compliance requirements
• Support in designing and implementing an integrated compliance framework (231 Model, privacy, anti-corruption, etc.)

Required skills:

• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• High level of integrity and professional ethics

The position is based in  Turin, Corso Castelfidardo 36 , with on-site presence depending on operational needs.

Dumarey can evaluate either curricular internship + thesis project or post-graduate internship

Internship allowance: 600€ (curricular Internship/thesis) 800€ (Post-graduate internship)

The internship requires full-time commitment: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week.
