Intern IT Developer Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Application Analysis& Development

  • Support the collection and documentation of functional and technical requirements by working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Support in translating business needs into clear and structured technical documentation
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of basic software components (frontend/backend), following team guidance.
  • Contribute to the design and modeling of IT processes and application workflows
  • Participate in testing and support quality assurance activities
  • Support in documenting technical solutions and contributing to the creation of user manuals and support documentation.
Academic IT Support& Field Interaction
  • Provide technical support to faculty, students, and staff for devices and applications (e.g.,PCs, projectors, printers, BlackBoard, O365, etc.).
  • Interact directly with users to understand their needs, identify recurring issues or inefficiencies, and help design more effective, user-centered solutions
  • Help transform support cases into opportunities for improvements through automation or smarter system configurations
  • Aid in setting up and maintaining classrooms and labs
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Basic programming experience in JavaScript and/or Python
  • Some familiarity with at least one development framework like .NET, Angular, or React (even from university or personal projects)
  • Basic understanding of databases (relational or NoSQL)
  • Interest in Agile ways of working and the software development lifecycle (CI/CD)
  • Willingness to solve problems and learn new skills
  • Good communication skills and the desire to work with others
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn by doing
  • Any experience with tools like Azure DevOps or similar is a plus, but not required
Conditions:
  • 6 months full time internship;
  • Expenses reimbursement of 800 EUR gross per month + ticket restaurant;
  • Workplace: Milan.
