With hands-on experience and knowledge accumulated through years of working in the advanced pharmaceutical markets around the world, Celltrion Group has been securing distribution channels and providing patients with biosimilars at affordable prices.We are looking for a young and talented graduate who is eager to gain valuable experience within the HR Department of a multinational pharmaceutical company.The selected candidate, supported by a dedicated Tutor, will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of HR activities across both the soft and hard HR areas, including: staffing and recruiting, onboarding and people management, coaching, payroll, budgeting, safety & security, fleet and asset management, organizational development, policies, general services, and a full 360° overview of the HR Department.We are looking for a positive, proactive team player with a genuine interest in HR and a strong desire to learn. A brief experience in similar roles or a general HR background is appreciated but not mandatory.
