TNP Italia is looking for motivated and curious talents to join our consulting teams for a 6-month internship . You will contribute to transformation projects across several sectors such as fashion, automotive, retail, banking, insurance, and other service industries .
You will be involved in consulting missions focused on operational excellence, digital and data-driven transformation , working closely with clients while developing strong analytical and project management skills .
In addition, you will actively participate in the development of the first TNP office in Italy , supporting its growth and positioning in the market.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Consulting Missions
You will be part of a team of consultants and actively contribute to client engagements, including:
- Analyzing data and structuring insights to support decision-making
- Preparing presentations and deliverables for clients
- Supporting project governance activities (steering committees, workshops, status reporting)
- Contributing to transformation initiatives across operations, digital and data topics
- Exposure to Financial Services projects (banking and insurance) as well as industrial and service sectors
Business Development
- Supporting strategic studies on sectors and clients
- Market analysis, benchmarking and identification of new opportunities
- Contribution to the development of the Italian practice within an international group
Communication & Marketing
- Supporting brand awareness initiatives
- Participation in social media strategy and content creation
- Contribution to the organization and participation in events
WHO YOU ARE
- Final-year student or recent graduate (Master’s degree) in a scientific or quantitative field
- (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data-related disciplines)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, curious and able to work with a good level of autonomy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and structured analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English ; knowledge of a third language is a plus
- Strong interest in management consulting and transformation projects
