Flo Labs R&D is an innovative venture studio that combines business creation, advanced AI and robotics research, and experiential learning to drive progress across healthcare, entertainment, travel & hospitality, and the space sector. We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join Flo Labs R&D as an Intern. This position is ideal for someone passionate about innovation and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of advanced AI, robotics, and venture creation. Key responsibilities include supporting research initiatives, assisting in development projects, and contributing to the planning and execution of experimental innovation processes. As this is an on-site internship based in Bari, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team of experts in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Knowledge of research methodologies and ability to assist in research-based projects
• Basic understanding and interest in robotics, artificial intelligence, and innovative technologies
• Strong technical or analytical skills, with an interest in problem-solving and applied science
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for contributing to cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced, hands-on environments
• Pursuing a degree or having a foundational background in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
• Familiarity with startup ecosystems and modern technology trends would be an advantage
