We are hiring!
BMA Milano Srl is seeking a Mid-Level Interior Designer (2–4 years of professional experience) to join our team and work on hospitality and ultra-luxury projects across the USA, Maldives, India, and other regions , with exposure to projects for leading global hospitality brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, Taj, Radisson, and Westin . English is our primary language of communication.
We are looking for highly creative and motivated designers with strong design sensibility, excellent spatial thinking, and proven experience within a professional interior design studio environment.
Key Requirements:
– 2–4 years of professional experience in an interior design studio
– Strong design sensibility, creativity, spatial thinking, and the ability to develop original design ideas with attention to detail
– Proven professional experience in All design stages , with a clear understanding of design feasibility and technical coordination; academic experience will not be considered
– Strong knowledge of luxury materials and finishes , with understanding of the high-end hospitality market
– Good working knowledge of Rhino through professional studio experience, Grasshopper is a plus
– Good working knowledge of AutoCAD through professional experience
– Fluent communication skills in English
– Familiarity with AI tools and their application in the design process is a strong plus
