Finatal are working with a leading investor who are pre-deal on an industrials company. They are looking for bring in an interim Tax Director to work pre-deal on the Tax implications from the M&A as well as setting up the international tax structures, transfer pricing and further corporate tax projects. Ideally you’ll have experience as a Global tax Director, having been through M&A with strong working knowledge of corporate tax in an international setting. You’ll be based in Italy with some European travel.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in:
- International Tax
- Transfer pricing
- International M&A
- Setting up corporate tax structures
- Private Equity
