Salesforce Agentforce Specialist (Salesforce AI / Agent-Based AI)

We’re looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Specialist with strong experience in agent-based AI within the Salesforce ecosystem to help design and deliver next‑generation AI‑powered customer and operational workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build, configure, and optimise Salesforce AI agents to automate processes, enhance customer interactions, and unlock value from Salesforce data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Build and configure AI agents to automate workflows, service processes, and internal operations .
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce products .
• Optimise AI agent performance, prompt design, and decision logic.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities .
• Ensure best practices around AI governance, security, and Salesforce architecture .

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Salesforce Agentforce / agent‑based AI solutions .
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem .
• Experience building AI‑driven automation and conversational agents .
• Understanding of Salesforce data models, flows, APIs, and integrations .
• Ability to translate business needs into AI‑enabled Salesforce solutions .

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification .
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce AI Associate, Administrator, or Platform Developer .
• Experience with Einstein AI / generative AI within Salesforce .
• Background in AI automation, prompt engineering, or conversational AI .
