Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Regional Head of Marketing responsible for leading the development, delivery, and implementation of marketing plans in Italy. The Regional Brand Manager will report into the Global Head of Brand and work closely with the Regional CEO, while working day to day with the central marketing team and each schools’ admissions teams, driving lead generation & student enrolment. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend strategic & commercial thinking with hands-on marketing and design skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Brand, Regional CEO and each school’s leadership teams to develop the annual regional marketing plans with the core focus to drive student enrolments and retention
  • Develop clear messaging and communication strategies for each school to drive differentiation in the market
  • Research and identify optimal marketing channels, including billboards, print media, digital platforms, and other advertising opportunities
  • Build strong collaborative relationships working in partnership with the school-based Head Teachers and Admissions Teams in order to support the marketing execution of the schools’ outreach actions
  • Coordinate complex design projects, including new marketing campaigns and sales materials, in collaboration with the company’s internal agency
  • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our value propositions
  • Manage local PR, reactive and proactive to manage and build the reputation of our schools, aligned with Inspired central PR
  • When required, independently create basic design work, such as invitations, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral, using professional design software and tools to produce high-quality visual content

Tracking & optimization

  • Regularly review the marketing performance and admissions data, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure we drive marketing ROI and achieve the desired outcomes
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with marketing vendors to ensure cost-effective and impactful placements
  • Responsible for the regional marketing budget, monitoring financial performance and expenses, including negotiating with 3rd party suppliers (if appropriate)

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key school stakeholders, including heads of school and admissions officers
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates on marketing initiatives, and gather feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts
  • Undertake regular site visits to each school to ensure we are accessible to their marketing requirements and communicating regularly with Heads of Admission, Head Teachers, Directors and Deputies
  • Working with the global Head of Digital to maintain and build our schools image across paid, owned, and earned channels. Ensure that customer insights are at the core of our marketing planning & execution
  • Work closely with the local social media exec to support & give direction
  • Work across all geographies as part of the global brand team to build and implement best practise across the organisation

Your Profile

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years brand management experience
  • Familiar with all marketing channels, including internal and external communications, marketing collateral (including school brochures), brand development, sales support, CRM, and social media – with experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sharp commercial acumen, with the ability to swiftly translate financial and customer data and insight into effective marketing interventions
